OK somthing its clear for me e.g. 38,6,0,2,38,2,0,2,38,6,0,2,38,2,0,2,38,6 ........ 38 its a note , 6 its a time .... but 38 what note is it? 6 what time is it? 6ms ? ...

I don't know where the numbering system came from. It was in Kai's original code and he also had some pieces of classical music that he used during testing, so I think it must be based on some source code that he found.
As far as I can tell... The note C is 30, hence C# is 31, D is 32 etc
I tested this with a guitar tuner pressed to the radio and it seems to be reasonably accurate.
Timing of notes is again a mystery, from Kai's original code. I think 1 = approximate 27mS
