Baofeng DM-1701 hotspot mode

As it says:

On the GD-77S. To enable hotspot mode, Press and hold the SK1 (Black) button while turning on the radio. This will toggle hotspot mode between MMDVM and BlueDV mode.

The special note on the GD77S in the manual is due to this device being the only one without display...

For all other supported devices the hotspot settings are here:

Menu -> Options -> General Options -> Hotspot.
