transmission cut off on mulimode nodes

We are having a strange problem when using the GD77 as a hotspot on a mulitmode node. The TG of the node is BM 262810 located in Germany.
The transmissions gets cut off after a random time period and starts again when the next station starts to transmit. I have another MMDVM hotspot running at the same time and the transmission doesn't get cut-off on it. Several hams reporting the same problem. The source of the problem is most likely the node but on the other hand the MMDVM hotspot works fine and the openGD77 cuts off the transmission . Any input would be appreciated.

Can you tell us the firmware version you're running (like the latest stable, development or the git hash number)?.
Also, could you post your MMDVMHost log file (zipped) ?

Cheers.

I am sorry I should have mentioned the firmware versions. Right now I am using the unstable version from 8/9/2020 [7925f2b]. I tried all the unstable versions as well as the stable versions of the last 2 weeks. All versions have the same problem. I have to figure out on how to download the MMDVM Log and I will try to to this later today or tomorrow.

Thanks

I listened for the last 30 minutes to BM TG262810 through OpenGD77 hotspot and I saw 2 cut-offs. There were no cut-offs at my other MMDVM hotspot at the same time. I attached the zipped log file to this post. The cut-off happened in the transmission of DL5OBG at 21:51:04 and 22:00:38 . Usually cut-off happen more often.

I checked your log file and didn't noticed any problem there.
It seems that TG 262810 is used by the PEGASUS Project, a multimode gateway. So, I set this TG as dynamic on my OpenGD hotspot, just to check how it works here.

Cheers.

Hi Daniel:
I listened to Pegasus all afternoon and every second transmission was cut-off. No cut-offs on my other hotspots. I found a work around. I changed the mode in Pi-Star to DMR2YSF and connected through the YSF TG to Pegasus and I have no cut-offs. This is a workaround but not a perfect solution.
