I know folks can easily buy from radioddity.com, but where shipping is expensive or unavailable, alternatives are good.
Yesterday I bought a battery for the Cignus UV-8 (a rebadged version of another radio that I am unsure which), and it fits perfectly. It cost me PhP 600 or about $10-11.
I am now able to resurrect an old GD77 I had been using as a hotspot since openGD77 first came out.
This end of the radio's latch broke, but the replacement battery latches on to whatever remains of the old latch, so even better!
