Even a channel cannot be stored manually in the radio menu. I don't know what to do with it anymore :-(

Thank you for your help. You can enter it manually. But I can't connect to the PC, I tried on two computers and it always ends like this:
Try a different USB port.

Hi,

Sorry to ask, but are you using the latest OpenGD77CPS software ? Does the both computers are running Windows 10 ?

Cheers.

Yeah, IIRC F6GVE experienced such problems, and he told us that once it uninstalled/re-installed the USB driver everything was working again (I didn't search for the post about this).

Cheers.

Try booting while holding in Blue and Orange

This will reset some defaults, but does not clear the codeplug

Yes.

You can downgrade to the official firmware.

Only USB Comm is supported by the OpenGD77 firmware

Try reloading the OpenGD77 and see if that still works.

What version of official firmware was the radio running before you installed the OpenGD77.

I've read reports of the latest firmware not working with all radios. You could try an older version of firmware.
I keep backups of all previous versions here https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/ ... r/firmware

Can you find another PC to try installing the driver.

We need to know whats causing this problem with "low bt version". We think its something that Radioddity changed in their new firmware, perhaps to prevent people using the OpenGD77
