MD-UV380 - Channel Contact Setting

On my MD-UV380, if I navigate to the Channel Details screen, then change the Contact, then hit the green keypad button, this only changes the channel's contact until I change the channel on the radio. Meaning, if I go back to this channel, the contact which I programmed to this channel using the CPS shows again. Is this a bug? If not, is there a way to permanently change a channel's contact without using CPS?

Argh...I did right before posting this, but I clearly did not look in the correct location. Thank you for your help! This had been driving me nuts!
