DMR Talk Permit

When I'm on digital stations running duplex I can't seem to get the talk permit to fail. I've tried to double on folks who are talking and it always allows me to transmit.
Is talk permit respected on OpenGD77?

No, the firmware does not respect the admit criteria
AFIK the official firmware does not respect it either. Well, AFIK the official firmware only works correctly if you disable it
