Import Contact List without Region

Greetings!
Trying to import a custom Contact List that's formatted, sorted, and ready to go. When I Import CSV, the software seems to insist on a Region so looking for a wildcard or a way to bypass that. I've tried leaving it blank, *, and % and doesn't work. What's the wildcard or way to simply import the CSV file without the Region filter?

Just figured it out!
Have to blank-out both Inactivity and Region.
Leaving my post up in case this helps others.

as long as you bear in mind that the whole database won't fit the memory space.
