Private Call

I can't replicate the problem on my GD-77.

What radio are you using ?

What does PiStar display when its not working correctly e.g on the first press of the PTT ????

I'm using GD-77
I have a TG List with TG 6 and several Private Call contacts in it.
e.g. PC 64000 for reset, plus several PC 64002 (for module B) etc contacts.
I can manually dial and PTT as TG 68505 successfully to link to XLX505 (e.g.)
But then when I left or right arrow to one of my private calls to select the module e.g. Module A would be PC 64001, it first comes out on the pistar dashboard at TG 64001

But when I PTT a second time without doing anything else, it come out as private call 64001

Then I am on the module correctly.

I am then attached to a fictitious BM TG 64001 and need to 4000 out of it

If after the first PTT (signalling a GC), I left and right arrow so I land back onto the same contact and PTT again, I again get the GC.
I can then PTT a second time and get the correct PC.

OK.

I only did private calls to user ID's

I'll need to check those other numbers

If you just key up on the PC call after writing the codeplug, it comes out as a PC, but if you left then right arrow back to it and key up it comes out as a GC

Just tried a plain vanilla private call from my private call TG list and it first comes out as a TG call

I've tried again, and I cant replicate the issue.

What sort of hotspot are you using ?
