I think its better if we use the same username convention as the PiStar forum, and that everyone's username is their callsign

I've PM'ed people who have not used their callsign as their username. And in the longer term I will be changing the username of people even if they dont respond to the PM.

Note.

If you did not use your callsign as your username and can not login, please try using your callsign as your login, because I am changing user logins to be their callsign when possible
