TYT MD-380 / RT-3 - Not supported [FM only sources]

Current Status - Not supported
This radio is not currently be supported because it uses an older DMR IC ( HR-C5000 ) which does not function the same as the HR-6000 in the supported radios.
Known problems with the HR-C5000 are :
* Existing DMR source code, written for the HR-C6000 does not work with the HR-C5000. The IC hardware interface, registers and commands, for DMR operation is different; This functionality would need to be written from scratch.
* Does not support FM CTCSS Tx or Rx; This functionality would need to be written from scratch using the CPU
* Does not support FM DTMF; This functionality would need to be written from scratch using the CPU
* Does not suport the "OpenMusic" channel used in the firmware for beeps; This functionality would need to be written from scratch using the CPU
The amount of work / time require to support this radio is large, and none of the active developers have the time or interest work on converting the firmware to work with this old radio.

These sources are not totally in sync with the latest UV380 sources but the radio does transmit and receive on UHF FM
Thanks to Colin G4EML for all his work getting the MD-380 even to work on FM, as this radio has completely different RF hardware to the UV380
