In Sweden the national organization tried to push for subtone as it's a IARU recommendation but we have still many repeaters that use 1750.

The UK RSGB has required CTCSS access on all new repeaters for about 20 years now. 1750Hz is still available as a secondary method on some. There may also be a few old ones that are still 1750Hz only but I think they are rare.

Roger/Daniel, I have submitted a PR with a change to use the AT1846S for tone generation.

Hi Collin,
thank you for submitting a PR. Don't know but does it make sense to switch the DTMF tone generation also to this chipset?
Can you give me a hint where I can see the scheduling of this fix and when it will be available?

Thanks again

Hi,
I tested the latest version yesterday.
It works like a charm. Opened the repeater right away.
Thank you very much
