Hola,no puedo cambiar las coordenadas manualmente
Entre E y W en el baoufeng 1701

If you look into the manual

you will find:
"To change western / eastern hemisphere, press SK2 + Down / Up"

It's written above / Lo pone arriba : SK2 + Up or Down / Apretar SK2 y arriba o abajo.
