My RT84 was out of calibration from the factory. I always had ridiculously high BERs compared to other DMR HTs I own on 440, so it sat in a drawer.
Thanks for porting OpenGD77 to this HT as now I have to make choices between grabbing the GD-77 or the RT-84 when I go out the door.
I was able to update the calibration on the fly to adjust the frequency for 440 using a counter. This works great until I power off the HT and power it back on. It appears to reset even though “factory cal” is “No” in the calibration menu.
I looked in the CPS and there doesn’t seem to be an option for Calibration for the RT84 and friends. It is greyed out.
Am I missing a step to write/save the calibration data to survive a power cycle?
Thanks!

How to save calibration data RT84?
Re: How to save calibration data RT84?
SK2+Green saves the value permanently. I just re-read the manual page.
