UV-390 Plus GPS 10W Screen Backlight Not Working

I know when so flashed it with the 380 FW the light was normal at 100%

I saw the same issue with my 10W Plus model. The screen was brighter when it had the OEM FW than it has now with the OGD77 FW at 100% brightness. So that would indicate it is not a hardwae problem in my case.

Are you absolutely sure about that (I mean, if could also depend of the used theme).
If you can make comparisons, you could change your theme to almost match the manufacturer one (at least the background colour).

Then, drop me an email, I will need you to make some tests with special firmware(s) (address available on QRZ.com).
