Keypad lock and PTT does not work on RT3S

The green key (menu)+* or green key+# combination has no effect, the keyboard is never blocked, occasionally the PTT is blocked. It doesn't work with both short and long key presses. Thank you

It does not say Green (menu) + * to lock / unlock.

It says

Green (to enter the menu)
SK2 + *
