Baofeng DM-1701B aka Retevis RT-84 available on AliBaba

It looks like the Baofeng DM-1701B aka Retevis RT-82 is becomming available from some vendors on AliBaba, so hopefully in the long term vendors on AliExpress will pick up on this and make them more widely available, because the B variant of the radio, which was also sold as a Retevis RT-84 has a better case than the Baofeng DM-1701 and uses identical hardware

Unfortunately at the moment, vendors have high minimum quantities

Anyway. Lets hope the AliEpress vendors start selling these

These are available to buy singly from another Chinese website for about $AUD100 delivered including GST, are they that much better than the DM-1701?

I’m hoping that I’m correct and the radio is the one in the picture below:
