DM-1701 CPS unable to process new contacts

Hello everyone,

I've never had this problem before, but I'm unable to process the contact database after it downloads. It goes through the download phase, then processing and then shows 0 contacts can be uploaded with an empty list. This shouldn't have anything to do with drivers, firmware or cables as this is only the download phase, if I'm not mistaken. I've included a video below showing the problem. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
