Better off reading the manual...
You have to press SK2+GREEN while saving the changes, otherwise it's temporary.

Its part of the firmware installation in the CPS. i.e Select the language before uploading the firmware to the radio.
The CPS merges the optional additional language into the firmware when it uploads to the radio

Some Chinese developers have been trying to make a Chinese font version, but I did not receive any news about this for a long time, so they may have stopped work on this because it was impractical
