How to make exact clone of radio (all settings)

I wanted to copy my radio's codeplug and config (all the tweaks I've made on the radio itself) to another radio. Both are RT3S w/GPS. Do I just:

1. Install OpenGD77 firmware the second radio with same version as the first radio
2. Backup flash of the first radio and put it on the second
3. Install codeplug from first radio and it on the second

Would that work? Or should I do it manually. Do any differences in hardware revisions matter?

Bad idea, as the calibration is part of the flash.
Sharing codeplug is fine.


Better off writing down your settings changes (or remember what you changed).
