DM-1701 with Open GD77

First I love the open GD-77 Software.My question is will this radio with open GD-77 work with a DMR single frequency repeater operation?.I Hope I have this right,lol

None of the supported hardware supports single frequency repeater, i.e receives on one TS and immeditaly re-transmits on the other TS.

We have tested on radios that use the AT1846S transceiver chip, and they can not switch between Tx and Rx fast enough to support SFR
The problem appears to be the Rx does not start outputting any audio until several milliseconds after its set to Rx , hence the beginning of the Rx DMR frame AKA TimeSlot is not received, and DMR can't operate if any part of the data frame is missing.

We have not tested whether the Rx in the MD-9600 mobile radio, may peform faster, but it definitely will not work on any of the handheld radios, including GD-77, RD-5R, DM-1801(V1), TYT MD-UV380/390 Retevis RT-3S or DM-1701 etc which all use the AT1846S RF transceiver chip.
