Thanks for the work you've done, it's a great service to the amateur radio community. One thing is not clear to me, to transmit APRS position to ISS do I have to create a channel with the necessary APRS configuration? In the satellites menu the frequency used is that of the transponder, perhaps when it goes to APRS TX it uses .825?

Hello. I have a problem with this version with uploading codeplug to rt3s. When I press write,read etc in CPS the trx lights up the display, shows the active channel, and hangs. No react to any button. CPS displays error "Error connecting to the radio. I have to switch trx and cps off and on and try several times until it finally goes through. Same with sattelite keeps.
Previously I had 2023 07 15 and did not notice this problem. On other USB ports the same.
Windows 7 - maybe this is the cause, although it worked before.
Lenovo x230 laptop.

Nothing apart from the items listed has changed.

Reload the last version of firmware which you think was working and retest to see if you have another problem, because the codeplug read / write works fine for everyone else

Also if you have GPS, make sure you did not enable NMEA output

OK, I checked carefully. Everything under CPS v 2023.08.18.01 and this laptop.
Version 20230509210004 is the last one working correctly. CPS read from RT3s 13 times correctly out of 13 attempts. After each reading I turned off the trx and turned it back on. This is the previous version with which I used on this laptop. I was uploading newer versions on another PC, so I didn't notice this before.
Version 20230702163316 is already causing problems.
2 attempts in a row fail with an error.
3rd attempt successfully and note, now I did not turn off RT3s and 5 attempts in a row it read correctly.
Another 8 attempts already with turning off and on each time, all fail with an error.

I checked and this seems to be a bug in the CPS. I will fix it in the next release

Did some testing today with my MD9600, APRS to local repeaters and the ISS. All worked well. I think removing the requirements for PTT to send the APRS packet would be a good change. Maybe only enable when an APRS channel is selected.

Think some sort of automatic TX would also be a good addition.

Incidentally heard VK3KYY on the ISS repeater this afternoon. Tried hard to make a contact, but wasn't getting through.

Love the recent changes. Keep up the great work.
