Unidentified problem with MD9600 (V4)

Hello to the experienced technology community.
In December 2023 I bought the TYT-MD9600 (version 4).
Since I have already programmed many MD9600 and RT90 devices via PC (Windows 10),
I was able to easily install a code plug on this new device. After just a few weeks, I tried to do a newer firmware update and noticed that the MD9600 suddenly got stuck in the middle of the charging process and now can't connect to the USB port.
It is also no longer possible to read or read the codepug (faulty or incorrect port).
In addition, the device no longer receives or transmits. After numerous attempts to fix the problem with new/current driver versions (STM32 driver; USB driver; PL23XX_Prolific driver, etc.), the PC could not find access to the MD9600.
I then tried the same procedure with different computers under Windows 11 and even Windows 7 - no chance - the same messages everywhere!
But every time I connect the TYT-MD9600 to the PC, there is this typical sound signal when I plug and unplug the USB cable but there is no connection to the device.
Even though the computer shows "Digital Radio in USB mode" in Device Manager, I'm at my wits' end.
An attempt to update the TYT-MD9600 with Open GD77 also showed the following message: Device not connected or not in DFU mode Finally,
I even tried installing the drivers using the command prompt.
I've already tried a lot of tips from the internet. Nothing works.
The dealer says this is a software problem and has nothing to do with the hardware.
But I'm starting to think that the MD9600's STM32 processor might be defective. But in order to confront the dealer with this, I have to completely rule out all alternative possibilities.
Maybe someone knows another option that I might have forgotten.
Sometimes it's just a small thing that you overlooked.
Maybe the screenshots will reveal the problem.

With regards

The DFU driver in your radio is wrong

See this video I made for the MD2017, the process is the same

If you are seeing a USB device called "Digital Radio in USB mode"

Then the driver is not loaded, or its the wrong driver.

Install the Windows 10 driver from downloads/drivers/Dfuse_3.0.6_drivers.zip
