tone decode

Post by W8LDO » Sun Oct 15, 2023 2:18 am

i have had a history of tone decode problems. Found another tone that don't decode. Haven't tested all but no luck with 116N digital tone. Anyone else with tone issues? This is on the MD9600

When you are changing the DCS code make sure that you are saving the change using SK2 + Green.

If you only press Green then the change is not permanent and changing channel or switching VFO/Memory will revert to the previous setting.

they changed the tone on the new repeater for me from the D116N to D311N and it works fine. Not sure what the issue is with the 116N on the TYT
