Someone also posted that sometimes Windows has a conflict with COM port numbers and that he had to manually set the COM number using the device manager. However, I thought Windows always assigns a unique number which won't conflict with other devices

My challenge about S/N: 2209A.. is now resolved by "New Beta version 2023 02 28" and using the next available computer.
