New Beta version available

A new Beta version is now available
Changes:
* Settings update message changed "OK" to "ENT", becuase the MD9600 uses the ENT (Enter) key to accept the settings update
* Hold P3 when turning on the radio resets the settings. On the GD77 this is power on + SK2.
