Installed the 3 Apr release and so far the Scan issue has NOT appeared any point today while I was scanning and watching the Radio.

Thank you all. Not sure what you still need to do to get Beta level, but already this firmware makes my MD9600 much more pleasant to use and the bonus of sharing a code plug with my HTs. The final GREAT point is that I can load the complete DMR user ID database in the radio memory. :D

73 and thanks,

I think the bug may still happen sometimes, but perhaps not the exact same conditions.

More work is probably needed to completely fix this

I think I'm getting same bug. If during scan there is non dmr traffic on a dmr channel the next channel in the scan is paused. This does not happen if the next channel is dmr, only analog.

I confirm this by re order channels in memory.

Example, ch 4 is dmr hotspot, ch 5 is analog FM. If dstar or ysf is TX on the hotspot the radio scan will pop the squelch then pause scan on ch5. If i put a different dmr channel into ch5 then scan continues fine.

--gaspo.

Ummm

We thought we'd fixed this bug.

Looks like it may have returned or was never fully fixed

Have you enabled "Click Suppr." sound option ?

Cheers.

Yes enabled click because it's pretty annoying without.

My pcb says "md9600-uv-v5.0-201107".
It came with fw d026.045 and cp v01.28.
