Roger

Just followed the instructions for install, i just forgot the host fil or donor file, thats what was the biggest issure in my casse, i´m not using any other STM drivers, just the drivers for my GD77 installed from the CPS .. nothing else changed ...
OK.

Windows sometimes seems to automatically install the drivers, however some people reported that Windows did not install the driver, or perhaps it was not installed correctly.

I know at least one person with an RT90 who had to download the drivers from the STM website, because Windows had not automatically installed the driver

Hi, OMs!
Apparently an oscillator curve is installed in my instance :-) The frequency is far from the center, especially on VHF.
How to make frequency correction in MD-9600 with OpenGD77 firmware? Perhaps there is a Tuner program like Hyterа?

Frequency is adjusted the old fashioned way using the two pots at the front edge of the main PCB. One for UHF and one for VHF.

There are trim pots on the PCB

Thanks G4EML and VK3KYY for the help. I didn't expect it to be so simple.

New MD9600 firmware with some small changes.

* Eco option removed, becuase its not supported
* Suspend option removed, becuase its not supported
* Out Of Band message is displayed if Channel(s) or VFO frequencies are outside the operating range of the radio.
This message was added because the CPS allows Channels and VFO frequencies in the 220Mhz band, but the MD9600 hardware does not support it

Thanks to Daniel F1RMB for his work on these changes

I can confirm: On my MD-9600, the "out of band" message now displays instead of frequency on the 220 MHz channels in my codeplug. These work as receive-only channels on my GD-77.

Hi,

on my RT90 iin VFO mode it doesn't matter whether the band limits are on or off it won't let me enter the last digit of a 220Mhz frequency. So it is impossible to set the VFO to 220Mhz. Other out of band frequencies are accepted with band limits off.
