Ok I see speed not version.

Also now I understand the press and hold mic for sk2. Thanks.

It wil take a little to get used to but still so much easier than 878/578.

I noticed on scan that it pauses on dmr channels longer than it used to. I put new version on gd77 it does this longer delay on dmr also. Earlier version scan went thru dmr as fast as analog? It's still heaps faster scan than any other radio i have just noticeable delay on dmr channels?

Thanks again for the amazing work y'all do.
DMR channel dwell time during scanning had to be increased because detection was only 90% reliable when the scanning was cfaster

Ok I thought it might be like that. Thanks.

Now I find the tail of my dmr TX is cut off?
I checked on parrot thru hotspot and the last 3 or 4 seconds of my TX is cut off?

I have brand new V5 md9600, hotspot is opengd77 on pi3 pistar works fine other radios.

If I key and count "one two... nine ten" then unkey 8 9 and 10 go missing.
If I wait 3 seconds after talking then unkey it comes thru fine.
Almost like the encode is temporal shifted slow by 3 seconds?

Is this a v5 hw issue? Says "MD9600-UV-V5.0-201107" on pcb.

Radio came out of box with fw ver D026.045 and cp ver 01.28.

Any idea?

We've never seen a board labelled V5 before.

Previously, the V5 boards have all been labelled V4A

I don't know whether TYT decided to rename V4A to V5 or whether V5 has some changes from V4A

Can you confirm your name callsign and location.

AI suggests your name is Alex and you live in Petrozavodsk
