[Radio model not supported] New Baofeng 1801 won't enter in upload mode

Hi guys!
I received my Baofeng 1801, but I am not able to upload the firmware. The radio does not enter upload mode, even after turning it on with both side keys pressed. This situation is not documented, has anyone experienced this and know how to solve it?
S/N: 20DM180113593
Soft-version: A60V001.14
This is my first post. I read all the rules, I apologize if I broke any.

Hi,
Have you checked if both SK keys are working ?
Otherwise, it smells like the security bytes were corrupted, like after a factory reset with some genuine firmwares.
You will need to flash a new bootloader, using a JLink (like EDU mini) hardware programmer.
Search the forum, there are posts about this.

Both buttons are working perfectly.
I'll search the forum on how to flash, but I believe it's some current restriction on models sold.

You have the pads to connect the HW programmer next to the MCU:

Bro, I have the same situation.Because I thought I had bought a fake product of DM1801. It’s looks like the same, model number is right.But it’s not a DMR digital radio. It’s a analog radio. Just have analog mode, no DMR MODE. Boot logo is “welcome”. Right?

No. The boot logo is "BAOFENG DM-1801".

I have serial number 20DM180114095 of this radio, i think they have changed design. i have similar problem no firmware update availlable or factory reset.
Also in
menu/set/radio Info/dev info

-DSP-version "empty"
-Program time 2022.01.17 16:
No much joy with this radio yet.. i have several older ones and no problem with these.. i will open this later..
