OpenGD77

Hi,

I recently got a Baofeng DM-1801 and updated to the OpenGD77 firmware (Jul. 11 2021 release). However, I realized that there is a newer firmware (Oct. 2 2021) available so when I tried updating the firmware through the CPS, it seemed to be successful but upon checking the Firmware Info on my radio, it still shows the firmware as Jul 11. 2021. Therefore, none of the newer features (satellite, position, etc) are on my radio.
I tried loading & updating the firmware several times but there was still no change.
I'm using Windows 10 and the latest GD77 CPS (Version E2021.09.14.01).

Hope I can get some support on this issue.

I downloaded the firmware and it now works! Looks like I was using the wrong link from an older post to download the firmware.

yes, I had the same problem.
I figured out that you must use the latest CPS for the firmware to load properly.
