If you mean is there any different antenna for DMR or any other digital mode, the answer is No.
Its all just RF, and even DMR etc are just set as FM tones.
All these radios have 50 Ohm connections, so any antenna that worked with your other radios will work.
The only difference between connecting a TYT / GD radio and a Baofeng radio, is that they use opposite sex connectors, so you may need to buy another coax adaptor.
