I dont know, but its look like, maybe, can be some combination - btw i have Win10Pro latest build and latest updates. What i know, Windows is strange sometimes :-) this is a reason, why i like on-line apps (web apps) than stand-alone desktop apps, but for this there isnt choice, i know :-)

Just for the record, I tried on Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.14393, with Czech as default language/input/etc.
