CT-ARES

Post by KA1CM » Tue Dec 05, 2023 2:13 pm

Hi All, this is my version of CT-ARES.org network. based on this talkgroups information page.
I don't quite understand the talkgroup 99 "Digital Simplex" on TS 1, but put it in my codeplug anyway just because it is there in the information page.
The talkgroup numbering is quite messy and not intuitive. For example, "CT-TAC 1" is TG 8902 and "CT-TAC 14" is 8912.
I've tried PARROT TG 9998 on both TS and has no parrot talking back, at least on Bridgeport repeater. I don't know if there will be a parrot on any other repeaters.

This is special for Connecticut people who might want to have both NEDECN and CT-ARES network in one package.

Updated 12/19/2023
Now with repeater location. add ability to sort channel by distance.
Thank you KD0RK for the information on how to get the repeater location info.
