Polish DMR and FM-Link repeaters for Codeplug

As there is no prepared codeplug for Poland yet, I have prepared a CSV batch of DMR and FM-Link repeaters. This file can be imported into OpenGD77 CPS. Digital channels are DMR, analog channels are FM-Link network. The data comes from various sources on the Internet, not everything can be correct.
Note: Existing channels may be deleted during import, so I suggest you make a copy of the codeplug.
