the English version is PERFECT it feels really good .... if it can be useful I can confirm that the penultimate Italian version worked correctly ....
Voice prompts
Re: Voice prompts
Re: Voice prompts
I'm re-making the Italian versions to keep the 90mS of silence before each word (or letter) etc
I'll upload an updated version later, when I have finished updating all of the files

it is possible to activate the pronunciation of the names that are received?
Re: Voice prompts
It can't speak people's names. It only has the letters of the alphabet and the numbers 0 to 9 and the existing on screen texts.Ik0nwg wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 4:28 amRoger

Full speech synthesis is only possibly by much higher powered CPUs e.g. in your PC on in the cloud
Re: Voice prompts
There is a new update
https://github.com/LibreDMR/voice-promp ... /R20200609
All prompts have been re-generated so that only the English language versions have silence removed from the start of each number, letter, word or phase
All file names have been changed to use the .VPR (Voice PRompt) extension
Experimental versions have been added for Czech, Danish, Polish and Turkish.

Thats good.
I have added an option to my build configuration csv file to indicate whether silence can be removed.
https://github.com/LibreDMR/voice-promp ... config.csv
Only English languages now have this option enabled

Re: Voice prompts
Hi, I registered the morning after waking up. I've already recorded it on the radio and I'm going to test it. I will also contact colleagues and test together. So far, so good. Too bad the Amazon voice synthesis is not Czech. Every language has its own accent and Polish is similar to it, but it will never be perfect. But by correcting the words, I made Polis / Jana speak Czech. Thank you for your work on the whole openGD and I look forward to further cooperation.VK3KYY wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 5:54 amI created the Czech version
