Just tried locally, and it works as expected.
Have you modified the satellites.txt file ?
What is the Keps URL ?

After reinstalling again thefirmware and keps everything works :) :) ... i must have missed some step thank you for your answers and patience :)

Satellite data format was changed to support APRS via the ISS about 6 months ago. Most likely you had a missmatch between CPS and firmware which causes the satellites to not list correctly
