Can RD-5R send aprs? I have tested ptt and sk1, but I can't send the exclusive voice of aprs.

Have you defined your location (latitude/longitude) in Radio Info ?

If they have not defined location the radio should display the translated word for "Location" followed by "??"

Also be aware, if the callsign has not been entered in upper case, this will cause problems in this version. ie the APRS will transmit for lower case callsigns but the data may not be acceptable to some systems

In trying to hand program the GPS Coordinates on my RD-5R, I can use the arrow keys to change S to N, but no keypress exists that I could find to change E to W. Is this an oversight or am I just not finding it?

Yes, I decided to set the gps position, and the configuration was completed in CPS. I then pressed PTT and SK1, but there was no expected result.
