Hello,
i have found out that right upper part of keypad on baofeng 1801 light is not working or is blinking - probably some contact problem. Light is missing on "3" and "6" key. It might be because of lots of moisture and rain, so water might be an issue. What do you think, how to solve this?

That sounds like a cracked track or bad solder joint. Probably the only answer would be to remove the keypad, inspect and repair it.
