I removed the battery, tried different key combinations, the device can no longer be switched on

Turn of the power switch
Pull off the battery
Put back the battery
Start the radio in bootloader mode.
Reflash a brand new downloaded firmware (matching your radio model) using the latest cps (using the latest CPS)

done: call up the CPS, connect the programming cable, remove the AKKU from the GD77, then switch it on with the black and blue button, then put the battery in and the LED is green, then the previous firmware is installed and the device works again

my CPS is version R2023.01.24.01

Hence it's not the latest one, despite it was mentioned many times that you need to use the latest version (2023.04.18.01) to be able to successfully flash the latest firmware.

All cases showing "bricked", are coming back to live !

As mentioned on previous messages....
Pull the battery,
Wait for at least 2 hours,
Place again the battery,
Try to load FW again.

In one case, this process had to be done at least 4 times till it worked.
And finally IT DID WORK !!!

Don't lose faith, it works...

Removing for 2 seconds is enough
