What do you mean 'fails' ?? What error message ?

Of course, I followed all the steps and installed it.
I installed the Korean language pack on the current English version of Windows 11.
I am using Hangul( Korean language)Windows and opengd77 cps without any problems.
But
If you install Hangul(Korean language) Windows and use opengd77 cps, you cannot communicate with the device.

I couldn't understand the exact content of the message because I didn't speak English well.
Among the displayed messages, remember to try again after restoring the device's firmware.

There is no specific problem with Windows 11, it works for a lot of people.
Did you try the latest CPS ??
