I installed this version yesterday and for about 5 hours it worked without problems, but after this period it restarted after it restarted the first time, the other restarts started to be in less time between 30 and 50 minutes. In tx it works perfectly both in fm and dmr. I got an rt3s to test transmission in dmr. Thanks to the developers for their patience, dedication and excellent work 73.
Unfortunatly just saying it reboots does not help us

You need to describe what conditions make the radio reboot, otherwise we can never solve this problem

Yep, I use Eco 5, it's even better (the MCU is running a 9MHz while "sleeping"). But with this one, you can miss the very beginning of a transmission, sometimes.
Tried Eco 5 overnight; was at 50% after 24 hours ;) So very uncontrolled test, single comparison, but looks basically the same. That's fine though, zero complaints here, assuming power usage is pretty linear that is going to be two days of RX which is terrific.

Hi,
I noticed how the radio is set to listen 1 and 2 vfo at the same time as both channels have ctcss set to rx the radio stops receiving after a long time.

Hello,

i have tried, and RAS support works on this firmware, can anyone else confirm? The problem is, that it decodes around 60-70% of the traffic, but sometimes it messes up. Do you think it's connected to basic rx problem or to ras header?

RAS is a Motorola proprietary feature for access control on commercial systems.

OpenGD77 is intended for amateur use only and so does not and probably never will support RAS.

Depends on how RAS works. OpenGD77 will receive all non-encrypted, audio DMR transmissions.

It will not transmit any access codes or encrypted signals

RAS is messing up the CRC, so when the CRC is bad, the data are ignored.

It's not you, but a post before from G4EML and I just can't believe, how some people are so annoying - repeating all the time the same thing like a parrot. I know what is RAS and like mentioned, it depends on RAS system probably. Funny part is that one RAS system here, which is a tough one, works better on gd than other simplier one, which is not so problematic to work it out. That's why i've asked, if anybody else has problem with showing ID and Groups problem/voice traffic problem on CAP+ in general, not only on RAS/or if this is some kind of beta/develepor problem in general.
If the station manages to get out 70% of the traffic, than maybe it can be improved, to work it out. Another thing: RAS can be implemented in HAM use, so stop beeing annoying saying that it's not allowed, because it's not an encryption. If you are not interested, than you can skip it out.
