Hi Daniel!

I found an error in the unpublished new Hungarian translation.
For the Satellite menu screen.
The previous ones do not fit

The following will be good.
Original English.

.inHHMMSS = "in", (I do not know what this is. Where is?)
When a Satellite is going to be visible, about time countdown, but at the moment it's only used for the voice prompts.

.elevation = "El", (can not fit the previous, can not be translated)
.azimuth = "Az", (can not fit the previous, can not be translated)
.maximum = "Max", (can not fit the previous)

.minutes = "Percek", (plural)
.seconds = "mp-ek", (plural)
.pass = "Pass" (can not be translated, long)

THX!
Zsolt
Okay, I've changed all of these.

Cheers.

Hi Daniel,

i tested the Public Beta (2021 11 10) and found a litte bug in the german.h:

.symbols = "NSEO", // symbols: N,S,E,W should be

NSOW

Can you please change this line? The rest of the file looks OK.

P.S: I will post the updated wordlist_german later here

Many Tnx

Okay. I just changed the symbols entry, as it's not spelled at all.

Hi guys,

The following list of languages will be removed from the firmware in the next 24 hours, as none of their translators showed up:

Hi,

I just checked the status of the translation files.

Language files that have not been updated for too long:
  • czech.h Fri Nov 27 2020
  • danish.h Sat Dec 14 2019
  • dutch.h Wed Mar 10 2021
  • portuguese.h NEVER UPDATED
  • slovenian.h Thu Oct 8 2020
  • turkish.h Sun Feb 16 2020

This one also NEEDS to be updated, otherwise it will also be thrown away:

Hi Daniel,

I would like to help the project for the visually impaired. I attached the cvs file in Hungarian.
Hoping to make audio out of it.
I don't know what else to do with it. How?
Please inform, help! I'm trying to solve it.

It's a little different
How can I create a 1 bit image for the display?
I use several programs, but I can't find such a format.

(for example : https://29a.ch/ditherlicious/ 8-) )

Thank you for the information!

But there is a major problem, Hungarian is not an available language at https://ttsmp3.com/.

Thanks for the link. Really :(
Should I have a program like this?
Should MP3 be generated line by line?
Need to load into separate files?

What if I record in my own voice with a microphone?

How will they become VPR?

Thanks! Zsolt

Read again, Hungarian language is NOT available in the list, or I missed something.
The VP are generated using some scripts, but that's irrelevant here, as the major problem is language availability.
We won't rely on home made VPs, it will be unmanageable.
