Good Morning Roger,
unfortunately the radio also reboot with echo level 3 and echo level 1 in normal mode.
Dmr-id downloaded with cps OpenGD77CPSInstaller_E2021.11.02.01.exe.
Firmware 14 november.
Tell me if I have to do other tests.

Hi,
When it was rebooting in Eco 1, what the transceiver was doing, receiving, scanning, you were operating it , etc ?
BTW, was it stuck on "Settings Update" message after the reboot ?

hi Daniel,
the gd77 was receiving a QSO in DMR mode from a repeater on time slot 1. I confirm that after the restart the message setting update appeared on the display. the radio seemed to have been reset without codeplug and on the vfo it showed the frequency 000000 MHz. turning it off and on again everything went back to normal.

If one is not seeing the reboot issue, which beta firmware is recommended? I saw the 11th was recommended over the 12th, but I had not seen any comments on the 14th. Thanks.

Use version from 14th Nov
Several people are now testing an update which may fix the problem, if so I'll release another beta tomorrow (17th Nov)

I can't read from my my GD77 with this beta either, can anyone help me figure out what's going on? If I revert to the Nov 10 build, it's fine, but Nov 12 or this Nov it can't from the CPS or QDMR.
Huh, okay this is interesting, I've always kept my radio on Eco 4. If I change it to a lower Eco mode, it works. Would having it on Eco mode make it more likely to fail to connect to the radio for CPS download? It's working now for me most of the time in 4, but it still fails randomly.
Nobody else is having issues? I've tried my Anytone 878 on the same cable and a dozen downloads from it not a single failure so I don't think anything has happened to the cable. I have no problems downloading the firmware to the GD77, I've done that 4-5 times over the last few days, just downloading the codeplug from the radio. I haven't tried uploading a codeplug, however.

Does the radio appear as a com device at all.
Run the windows device manager and look at the com devices tree

scan DMR mod, or DMR mix FM
DMR canal catching it actually doesn't work
Rarely finds it
Scan down, up. It doesn't matter.
I tried with and without filters Rx
I didn't even watch the bigger time
Fixed DMR channel Rx reception works well.
Am I doing something wrong?

Also, try turning your radio on with it already connected to the PC
Or setting eco mode to 0
