Installed this version now, thanks Roger.
OK.

I'm not super hopeful that it will work for you.

But I have definitely fixed some potential bugs.

BTW.

Does changing channel even if Beep is set to silent cause the DMR audio to start again?

Hi, I'm testing the version. I will also try changing the channel on RX. I will test at eco level 1 - 4.
When you experience problems with the RX DMR sound, pressing the button in silent mode does not restore it. Only the button that emits a beep restores the sound.

I need to do more tests with this version, now I made a few zones to have fast access to all devices here...

Same here...

Only return to have audio (beep included) if return to up the beep volume more that 0 db.

Hi,
I tested the version of OpenGD77_Suspend_Reset_I2S. Tested at eco level 1 - 4.
Same problem with DMR audio reception.
With the silent setting: switching - TG, CHANNEL, pressing the button does not resume DMR audio reception.
With beep setting: switching - TG, CHANNEL, pressing the button resumes sound reception. Button sound resumes sound reception.
There is also a problem with setting the button sound to less than 0db.

If you press # with Beep enabled, does this restore the sound.

# will play a beep but not change channel or TG etc

OK.

Another try.

I think there is something not documented with the beep function of the C6000 DMR chip

I've tried to send some dummy data to the beep buffer, (this is what the official firmware does during C6000 chip initialisation)

https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/ ... o_path.zip

I don't know why the official firmware does this.

BTW.

Do you both use a boot melody.

Please can you confirm that a boot melody plays OK for you, if you don't have beep set to silent

Hi,
the melody plays fine.
I have a problem at the moment. I turned off the radio and wanted to turn it on again. Unfortunately, I didn't turn it on anymore. I put it in the charging station. I'll wait a while and try what will happen, if I can get it back into operation. But I don't think the problem is with the battery.

Reload the version from 16th Feb.

Enter the bootloader, SK1 + SK2 the Green LED should illuminate if the battery is OK

Possibly something in the boot melody system now causes a crash during boot

I am not able to put the radio in the bootloader at this time. I will allow a longer charging time to eliminate the problem with the battery. After switching on again, I managed to get into the bootloader and play the firmware.
