announcement of mode change with sk2+star

Hi roger,
Could you please make this symmetrical? If you are sitting at the channel screen and change modes, you hear "Mode FM", but then when you press it again, you hear the channel name or vfo frequency, not DMR. I saw your reasoning as being that you hear the TG, but you don't hear the TG. When toggling any mode, I think it is better to hear the new mode for consistency and symmetry.
