CPS update 29th June 2020

Post by VK3KYY » Mon Jun 29, 2020 9:48 am

The CPS has been updated to allow the extended frequency range supported by the firmware to be entered into the Tx and Rx frequencies on the Channel screen of the CPS

https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/ ... 2020.06.29

Note.

When I checked Github a few minutes ago the whole site was offline.
However it seems to be OK again now.

CPS works ok for me, but i found a unhandled error in the firmware loader (during a internet connection dropout):

Umm

Github seems to be hit by a Denial of Service attack.

The CPS is not written to be able to handle such extreme events

Roger, i quite agree with you. But the error happens also if someone will use the CPS offline, or the internet connection fails. Therefore it wouldn't go amiss to handle this exception
