Sam

Thankyou very much for testing.

Daniel, emailed me that there is a bug if the radio has 1024 channels and all 68 zones full of 80 channels !

He has sent me a fix for this bug, so I will release a new version after I did some more testing.

In the latest D2020.10.26 development release I have noticed a number of bugs that were in the previous development release have been fixed.
Thank you for that, much appreciated!

Unfortunately, I have found a new bug that was not in the previous release.

If you set the VFO channel "TG List" dropdown to "None" and the "Contact" dropdown to any valid contact in the CPS software, on the radio the talk group shows up as "TG 9" and not the contact you selected, and will not change when using the arrow keys.

This issue does not affect any of the normal channels, only the VFO.

What Contact / TG is on your VFO when you have the TG List set to None ?

In DMR the radio must have a TG, so if both TG List and Contact are set to none, the radio sets TG 9, as this is the international standard for a purely local talkgroup, or local to a repeater

If you are using the VFO for simplex, you should have the contact set to TG 99, as this is the international standard for simplex contacts

I do have a contact/TG selected, I am not using "N/A".

TG List = None
Contact = Local/Ref

But it does not matter what contact/TG I select, it will show "TG 9".

It's a TG I have set up in my code plug and is actually set to TG9.

OK. So the display is not looking up the name of this TG, but the TG is correct.

No, because it doesn't matter what talk group I select, it could be "Texas" which is TG3148, it will still show "TG9".
It's as if it doesn't see that I do have a TG assigned and assigns TG 9 by default.

I can set up a normal channel the same way and it works correctly.

I turn on the radio on the hotspot memory (stored power 50mW) .... I go to tx and hotspot does not receive anything even if I am 5 cm from the hotspot .... I increase the power to 250mW and return to 50mW again and everything works normally. .. I tried to permanently store the 50mW power again on the hotspot memory .... I turn off the radio I turn on the same problem (if I store 250mw the problem does not show up)
