Import CSV File for contacts is not working

When I try to import CSV file form radioid.net it wont work. it is the entire database but when i click import it only pulls like 4500 contacts. Am I doing something wrong?

Default open ago n is to filter by the 3 digit DMR region number

If you want to download all DMR contacts, just leave the text box empty, the number of contacts is limited to the capacity of the radio model.
