CPS Download password

Hi there.. CPS install is asking me for a password... is this required and what is it please?

It's the version (R2023......). It's displayed in the installer window title bar.

It is damn crazy that one has to resort to these techniques ... The way that things are distributed now there is no IP issues !

Its Google and MS going too far !
